During the past few years, Matt has been committed to developing his skill set from a technical, sales-focussed and hands-on Technical Solutions Architect role within the UKI CISG team, to include leadership and management skills along with a wider appreciation of the impact a leader can truly have on the members of a team and its performance. He is driven by the need to maximise and achieve across the three pillars of Technical, Business and People leadership, and has a keen eye for inter-connecting resources and people across all three. The CISG portfolio and especially the UKI market is constantly evolving and developing, which presents significant opportunity in terms of how CISG goes to market, develops its people, and presents technology solutions as a key business enabler.

Consulting System Engineer – Cisco
Rob Porter is a Consulting System Engineer at Cisco UK with over 12 years of networking industry experience. At Cisco since 2002, he helps large enterprise customers transform their networks to support cloud, mobility, security and digital initiatives. Rob holds numerous technical certifications including the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification for Routing and Switching. He is an active member of the Cisco technical community and regularly speaks at industry events and webinars on topics related to enterprise networking technologies. Rob's extensive background allows him to provide valuable insights to Cisco's customers as they evolve their network infrastructures.
Darren Woollard
Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Nutanix
An accomplished Field CTO with over 30 years of experience in IT working with customers and technical teams with enterprise software. At Nutanix, Darren is responsible for building strong relationships with Nutanix customers and partners and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our customers as well as the business. Prior to Nutanix Darren has built his career architecting and delivering infrastructure projects and transformation projects either as an end-user or in consultative roles.
